This year we ran our first course at the Caer Beris Hotel in Builth Wells, and were blessed with wonderful sunshine and very welcoming staff. If you enjoy painting rivers that glide serenely past, then spill over shapely rocks and down cascades, this venue will appeal strongly. Add in the distant mountains, open moors, farms and other landscape gems and you will be overloaded with subjects to paint. The grounds are extensive and bordered by the lovely River Irfon. As with all courses, David and Jenny will be doing several sketching demonstrations plus watercolour or pastel demonstrations.
