We always aim to despatch your order within three days of you
placing it, so, for delivery within the UK, normally you would not have to wait more than 7 days to
receive it.

However, from time to time, either due to stock not being available or David and Jenny being away on demonstration tours or courses, there will be a longer delay.

If there is likely to be a delay you will be informed immediately so that if you cannot wait for your items you can cancel the order and a full refund will be given.
